This endpoint is read-only. Uploads and user accounts are not provided.

Requests beyond the end of an object return HTTP 416.
Use If-None-Match with the current ETag for HTTP 304 without a body.
The optional browser connection check receives one 8 MiB sample per click.
The result includes request latency and does not describe a bandwidth guarantee.
